The importance of the rural banking and microfinance in the economic development of a country cannot be overlooked. As Mahatma Gandhi pointed out “Real India Lives in Villages”, and village economy is the backbone of Indian economy. The existing extensive formal banking structure is still not sufficient to meet the growing demand of rural credit. Financial inclusion is the process of ensuring access to financial services and timely and adequate credit where needed by vulnerable Groups such as weaker sections and low-income groups at an affordable cost. Financial inclusion also facilitates in efficient allocation of resources and enables the economy to maximize welfare by reducing the spread of informal source of avenues. Micro-finance approach can be considered as an alternative solution to provide financial services to common section of the society. Micro-finance is the provision of thrift, credit and other financial services and products of very small amounts to the poor for enabling them to raise their income levels and improve their living standards. In this background, the present paper is to study the SHG bank linkage model and progress of SHG linkage programme in India. The study shows that impact of self-help group bank linkage programme in achieving financial inclusion across the country. Microfinance has emerged as a vital approach to meet the heterogeneous needs of the poor. In India, microfinance in the formal sector has assumed the form of SHG-bank linkage program.

Zero waste, in the current world is a plan method that wipes out squander at the conceptual stage. It is a way of thinking that supports the ideation of predefining and assessing life cycles of garments in a circular manner so that all items are consumed to fullest. The objective and philosophy followed is of cradle to grave i.e. no garbage to be shipped off landfills, incinerators, or the sea. The preservation of all assets through dependable creation, responsible utilization of resources, reuse, reduce, mindful production, packaging, and usage of shipping materials in total is considered as being sustainable. The product developed is highly impactful in reducing carbon footprint, methane emission definitely being less threat to environment and human being. The work environment, company policies, adhering to eco-friendly production process, reducing water and energy consumption, along with providing fair wages to workers and health benefits are few milestones achieved by the company as per US Sustainable development goals.

ABSTRACT
The increasing interest in smartwatches among the people is the main reason that has amplified the interest to research the topic. People’s obsession about smartwatches has been increasing rapidly. The main aim of this research paper is to identify whether the technology factor that influence the sales smartwatches. The study identifies how the technology effect the sales of smartwatches and the purchase intention of consumers regarding smartwatches and how the technology improve the quality of work and helps in increasing productivity. This paper puts the emphasis on how the consumer preference technology in the selection of the smartwatches and which factor plays the more significant role in smartwatches purchase intention. This research paper used primary data that has been collected through a structured survey questionnaire by using random sampling using a 5-point Likert scale technique from 111 college students in the city of Ludhiana.

In today's world, money plays an important role in everyone's lives—everyone saves money for future requirements. People who are saving put their money into a variety of assets in order to satisfy their future demands. Individual savings are put into assets based on risk and profit expectations, security money, and liquidity. One of the best alternative investment options is gold investing. According to numerous research, the majority of gold in Indian households is in the form of jewellery. Jewellery, coins, bullions, ETFs, mutual funds, and e-gold are just some of the ways to invest in gold. In the current market climate, which is highly volatile and frequently changing, the various techniques of investing in gold cause uncertainty among investors. . The study's objectives are to better understand the various investment options available to investors, the factors and know-how involved in gold investing, the benefits and drawbacks of various forms of investment, and to assist investors in becoming more aware of the various gold investment options. The study gathered both primary and secondary data. A website, a research article, and a magazine questionnaire serve as the primary data, while supplementary data is gathered from other sources. According to research, many investors prefer to invest in ETFs, Futures, and options to make their investments more profitable and comfortable. Investors are encouraged to own gold through gold mutual funds.

There are quite a few studies on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in relation to employees of public and private banks. Responsibilities of these CSR actions burden on the manager`s shoulders and their awareness from magnitude of their efforts importance to perform their social role effectively without being under pressure from government might push these sort of organizations to meet a richer and positively greater influence on the society. The study investigates how CSR is embedded within the frame of the bank and how this concept is perceived by the managers and to what extent their perception and understanding impacts the formation of the financial decision-making process and the ultimate impact on the society. Therefore, research in banking sectors is utmost necessary to be undertaken to know the arrays of CSR measures being taken and enacted. The study was based on private and public sector banks in Punjab with the sample size of 390 bankers to know the influence of their perceptions for shaping the corporate reputation of banks. This research is rooted from the perspective of CSR with the Banking Employees as they directly have a vital bearing on the CSR policies of the Banking Sector. Implications for marketing strategy and reinforcing CSR activities accompany the report of the statistical analysis.
